Currently I work as a transit/urban planner and grants manager with the local govt. Studied Geography and Social Studies at UWI, Mona and then Urban Planning specializing in planning for the elderly and disabled at Michigan State University. I moved to St. Thomas US Virgin Islands in 1991 thinking it would be for a year or 2! I am in the process of organizing a move to the "mainland" possibly for the summer of this year or 2002.

I have 2 children - Rahim Aaron and Roya Celeste. They both do well in school. Rahim is also a talented athlete and good soccer player...recently Best Defender for Fall Interscholastic League here. He has caused me to be very involved in soccer and the public relations of the youth and women's organizations. I started playing a little over a year ago, no awards on the horizon but I contribute to the game! Roya is interested in music and dance and has taken several classes with a local school of performing arts. They both are learning to play the steelpan.
