Admrial Edward Vernon (1684-1757)
Admiral Edward Vernon (Old Grog) was the son of Rt. Hon James Vernon and Mary Buck.

Old Grog married 3 wives; Sarah Best (daughter of Thomas Best), Anne Fuller, of England, and an unknown woman of Spanish Town.

He had, in total, 5 children: James, James, Thomas, Edward and Theodosia Maud.

Old Grog was a 7th. Generation Vernon.
